“Homes Creating Change” Referral Program

As a Christian business leader, I believe giving back to others is a valuable and healthy practice. Through my business I love to give generously to organizations that focus on our top values, God and family. While we do not focus on one particular organization, we love to give to non-profits that align with our values and beliefs. All gifts are made from my personal profits, at no extra costs to clients. These donations are my way of thanking you for the referral and together we can be a blessing to others.

We can do this through my referral program, Homes Creating Change.

First and foremost, I want to come alongside my clients and partner with them to meet their personal real estate needs. Secondly, through our partnership we can help meet the needs of individuals and families around the world by giving back through non-profit organizations; effectively helping them in reaching their goals for greater impact in their mission.

As a licensed real estate agent, I would love to make a personal donation from the gross commission income of any home bought or sold through my referral partnerships. This can be done in two ways, 1) I represent the buyer or seller as their exclusive real estate agent in Pennsylvania 2) I can make connections with very experienced and professional agents almost anywhere in the world to meet a person’s housing needs if they live outside of PA.

Here’s how we can partner in giving back to the greater good! First, do you know someone who wants to buy or sell a home? This can be anywhere in the United States or numerous countries around the world. If they live outside of PA I can arrange and manage the referral process, even if the buyer or seller already has an agent in mind. If they do not have an agent in mind, I can then suggest 1 or 2 professional and experienced agents in their area who they would then interview to find the best fit. Either way a portion of the sale can be donated by me to the organization of the client’s choice*. Would you kindly consider connecting me with families and individuals who may be interested in buying or selling a home and partnering with me in making a difference?

Additionally, if you or someone you know are interested in buying or selling locally in State College, Pennsylvania or the surrounding area, I would be honored to work with you and/or them directly as your Real Estate Agent. When I work with a local client referred through our partnership program, I will donate a portion of my full commission to support their organization* of choice. Here’s how it works!

 

 

I recognize and understand that selling or buying a home is a significant investment both financially and emotionally. However, I can promise the highest level of professional service, as well as someone who will personally and carefully walk with you and/or your referral through the home buying and/or selling experience.

There are no additional costs or fees for the services mentioned above. I simply hope to utilize the connections put before me to establish healthy homes for clients and then in turn make a donation to support and contribute to a worthy cause. The chart below lists set donations based on ranges of house sales.
